Nearly 40 years ago, Joe LaGanga had an idea. He loved wood and wood-working. And, all around him in rural Connecticut were farms and pastures that needed new or replacement fencing. He would build them.
Joe is still doing it today, ensuring the workmanship of every installation and often lending a hand. It is work he continues to enjoy. He likes the planning part of every job, too, making sure the proposed fence fits the site and the purpose.
Joe also takes special pride in his company’s line of Classic Slipboard Fence. Some years ago, he set out—based on all his experience—to design a wood fence that would look good, keep horses safe and sound, and be easy to install and maintain. Many satisfied horse-owners agree that he succeeded.
We were amazed and pleased at how smoothly and quickly it went up. You and your crew were always so accommodating and professional in every way. Coming in under the estimate was also a very nice aspect of this experience!
